Coinbase, Wallet App

Role: UX Designer
Using human-centered research methods, I assisted Coinbase in discovering missing features within the current cryptocurrency app. I created and presented user flows and wireframes. Designed numerous iterations and prototypes using Invision to demonstrate the additional features.

Metrics: Increased iOS rating iOS by .64 points and Android ratings by .22 points within Apple App Store + Google Play, decreased negative customer reviews.

Verizeal, Website Usability Audit

Role: UX Design Auditor
Hired to complete a usability audit on the company website.  I audited 49 pages total. Conducted usability testing and independently evaluated user reviews on different platforms. Conducted responsive testing on multiple device sizes, then packaged my findings and offered suggestions for improvements, and documented critical recommendations as MVP for the company's internal team.

Metrics: Within 48 hours, the website's SEO analytics improved. The usability improved, eliminating user frustration. All critical findings were fixed based on my delivered recommendations. Relieving internal design team stress levels as I delivered a video walkthrough and an actionable audit documentation

TIAA, Internal B2B Product

Role: Experience Designer
Designed numerous iterations and testable prototypes using Invision (discontinuing software) to demonstrate ways for the PlanSponsors to add user data within the product then conducted multiple rapid user testing using usertesting.com for validation, then presented findings to our leadership team. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to contribute within the B2B institutional digital design team. As a individual contributor I focused on designing user-centric interfaces to enhance the experience for the customers in retirement, ensuring intuitive navigation and functionality within the product . Within the research lab, our team conducted several user interviews. Within the corporate lab our team conducted several sketching sessions with the Product Managers and UX Researchers. I collaborated with the Content Strategist to remove all corporate jargon in place of user-friendly content.
