Problem Statment
Shopify is restricted of its customization for brands to sell their unique e-commerce products as most plans within Shopify offers a standard checkout process.
Making a purchase by a luxury brand should have a luxury checkout experience. Making customers feel special during an optimize checkout experience will reduce cart abandonment.
Prototype
Designed in Figma to showcase a proposal custom checkout experience tailored to the Smith & Bradley Watch brand.
Design is never done.
This is a testable prototype for the Smith & Bradley brand. This prototype will require to have a Shopify Plus account purchased by the e-commerce owner, this is a premium subscription that's currently $2,000/monthly paid to Shopify for custom modifications. Depending on the monthly customer purchases this premium subscription may not be feasible, a decision for the stakeholders to deliberate.
